Information For First Time Students

Atmosphere in Class
Classes are fun with a great atmosphere. If you've never danced before, if you've tried various schools and didn't keep at it, if you just feel like there should be something more, come and give it a try. You might find just what you're looking for. Feel free to come and watch a class (one time only). The instructor has taught around the world, but is just a regular Japanese guy, so don't be shy, come knock on our door.

Basic Beginner Class
This is a class for people with no dance experience at all. Young or old, anyone can participate. Lessons are fun and easy. Come give it a try. Feel free to consult about classes. If you're just starting, please continue with classes for a while, and if you have to miss a class, try to schedule a private to catch up on what you missed.

Be on Time is Important
Please be on time to classes. The first 10 minutes of all the classes is fairly important. Especially in intermediate classes some people think the beginning of the class is not important because we cover the basics, but while it may seem like nothing, it's very important.

Keys to Become a Good Dancer

• Be on time to class.
• Take notes.
• Don't try to do things we haven't practice in class yet. (Many people are trying to do a step without even listening to the explanation!)
• Come to class regularly, at least once per week.

Beginner

• The first month is always pretty confusing, but keep at it! I think that if you continue dance for about 3 months, you "can dance".

Intermediate

• If you've taken classes for 3 months, I recommend you to get the 1 MONTH UNLIMITED PASS, and even just watching the classes will help you.

Performance Class

• 3 month course from February through April for intermediate level students with the 1 MONTH UNLIMITED PASS. Students can join after the course has already started and if you are going to catch up with private lessons. If you're interested in joining, just talk to Aochan.
